The Zebra ZD421 is built for desktop environments where labels need to go out every day and the printer simply has to work — no fiddling required. Thermal transfer technology delivers sharp 300 dpi print quality that stays readable under demanding conditions: cold storage, humid kitchens, or direct sunlight on a delivery label.

Connections Ready Out of the Box

USB, USB Host, and Bluetooth Low Energy come standard. That means you can connect to most point-of-sale systems and mobile devices without hunting for extra adapters or dongles. The USB Host port also lets you plug a barcode scanner directly into the printer — useful if you want to look up and reprint labels without going back to the counter terminal.

Real-Time Clock Built In

The built-in real-time clock (RTC) stamps the correct date and time on every label automatically. If you run a café, food retail shop, or small warehouse where a timestamp is mandatory — best-before dates, dispatch times, goods-received labels — this is one less step your staff has to remember.
