About

Zebra ZD411 — labels ready when you need them

The Zebra ZD411 is a direct thermal desktop label printer built for daily use in shops, workshops, and small stockrooms. There are no ink cartridges or ribbon rolls to replace — heat does the work, so running costs stay low and there's nothing to fiddle with between print runs.

Sharp print, no queue

At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), barcodes, price-tag text, and small fonts all come out cleanly. Print speed reaches 102 mm/s, so even a busy Friday afternoon won't create a backlog at the counter. Maximum print width is 54 mm and media width up to 58 mm, covering the label sizes most small businesses actually use.

Connections included, out of the box

A USB-B cable is in the box — plug it into your till or computer and you're printing. The USB Host port lets you connect a barcode scanner directly to the printer. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) means you can send label jobs from a phone or tablet without running any cables.

Real-time clock and on-board memory

The built-in real-time clock (RTC) stores the correct date and time inside the printer — useful when you're printing best-before or batch dates without a connected computer. With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash, there's room to store your label templates and fonts on the device itself.

Works with the software you already use

The ZD411 supports both ZPLII and EPLII printer languages, which means it's compatible with the vast majority of label design applications on the market. The software you're running today will most likely talk to this printer directly, with no reconfiguration needed.

Three-year warranty

The ZD411 comes with a 36-month manufacturer's warranty. In the box: USB cable, power supply unit, and both EU and UK power cables. Country of origin: China.
