The Zebra ZD411 is a desktop thermal-transfer label printer designed for hard daily use. Whether you're pricing stock in a retail shop, tagging work orders in a bike workshop, or labelling outgoing parcels behind the counter — this printer gets on with the job without needing constant attention.

Clear prints, every time

At 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), text and barcodes come out sharp enough to scan reliably at the till or in the stockroom. Print speed reaches up to 152 mm/s, so even a larger label run is done before the next customer reaches the counter.

Connects the way your setup works

The ZD411 connects to your computer via USB (Type B cable included). The USB Host port lets you plug in a barcode scanner or USB stick directly into the printer itself. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) means you can also print wirelessly from a phone or tablet — no cables trailing across the counter.

Ready to use from the box

The built-in real-time clock (RTC) stamps the correct date and time on every label automatically — useful if you're labelling food, packaging, or anything where date accuracy matters. With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash on board, your label templates, fonts, and forms stay saved between restarts.

Works with what you already have

The ZD411 supports EPLII and ZPLII command languages — the two most common label printer protocols. In practice, this means it will most likely work straight away with your existing till system or ERP without extra drivers or IT involvement.
