About
Zebra ZD411 – a label printer that keeps up when the counter gets busy
The Zebra ZD411 is a compact desktop label printer designed to handle the daily grind in cafés, retail shops, and repair workshops. Thermal transfer technology means no ink cartridges, no toner, no consumables to reorder — labels print using heat, and the printer is ready to go straight out of the box.
Prints exactly what you need, when you need it
Resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots per millimetre), which gives you clean, scannable barcodes, sharp price labels, and legible delivery addresses without any fiddling. Print speed reaches 152 mm/s, so the label is in your hand before the customer at the counter grows impatient. Maximum media width is 58 mm with a 56 mm print width, covering the most common roll sizes you'll find at any office or catering supplier.
One printer, every connection you'll need
The ZD411 comes with USB (Type B), USB Host, Bluetooth Low Energy, and Ethernet on board. In practice, that means you can wire it directly to your till, drop it onto the office network, or pair it wirelessly with a tablet or smartphone. If your setup changes — new POS, new counter layout, new staff member running things from a phone — the printer moves with you instead of ending up in a cupboard.
Practical day-to-day benefits
- Real-time clock (RTC) stamps the correct date and time directly onto each label — genuinely useful for food-prep labels, best-before stickers, or any outbound parcel that needs a dispatch date.
- EPLII and ZPLII support means the printer talks to the most common point-of-sale and warehouse systems without extra driver configuration.
- 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash keep things moving smoothly, even when you send through a long print run at the end of a busy shift.
Everything in the box
In the box you get a USB cable, power supply unit, and a power cable with both EU and UK plugs — nothing extra to order before you can start. The ZD411 carries a 36-month warranty, so you can put it into service without worrying about the first few years. Country of manufacture is China.
Getting started
The ZD411 works straight out of the box: connect it, download the driver, and you can print your first label within a few minutes.
