Prints when you need it to

Direct thermal means there are no ink cartridges or toner to replace — the only consumable is the label roll itself. At 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), print quality is sharp enough for barcodes, plain text, and address labels alike. Maximum print width is 56 mm, and the printer accepts rolls up to 127 mm in diameter, so standard label rolls fit straight in.

At up to 152 mm per second, the ZD411 keeps pace even when orders are stacking up — the queue at your counter stays short.

Connects the way your setup works

The ZD411 comes with USB (Type B), USB Host, Bluetooth Low Energy, and Ethernet built in. Connect it by cable or wirelessly — whichever suits how your till or workshop PC is arranged. BLE lets you manage the printer from a phone or tablet without touching your network settings.

The real-time clock (RTC) stamps the date and time directly onto each label — useful for best-before markings, dispatch timestamps, or any situation where you need to know exactly when a label was printed.
