Zebra ZC300 – a card printer built for daily use

The Zebra ZC300 is a dual-sided card printer that suits small and mid-sized businesses well: cafés, retail shops, and workshops that need their own staff ID cards, loyalty cards, or access passes.

The printer uses dye-sublimation thermal transfer (4-colour), so cards come out looking sharp and professional. Resolution is 300 dpi — enough for photos, logos, and fine text all on the same card without compromise.

Speed that keeps up with your day

At up to 900 cards per hour, even a bigger batch of cards gets done quickly without you standing next to the printer waiting. The card feeder holds up to 100 cards at a time, so longer runs go through without constant refilling.

Magnetic stripe built in

The ZC300 has an integrated magnetic stripe writer covering tracks 1, 2, and 3. Cards can be encoded during the print run itself — no separate encoding device needed. That removes one step and one piece of equipment from your workflow.

Connects to your network as-is

Both USB and Ethernet (10/100 Mbit) are on board, so the printer slots into your setup regardless of how your computer or till system is connected. The built-in LCD display shows printer status right on the unit — you don't have to check a screen across the room every time.
