About
Zebra ZC300 – Plastic Card Printer for Small Businesses
The Zebra ZC300 is a dual-sided plastic card printer built for small businesses that want to produce their own staff ID cards, loyalty cards, or access cards in-house. No print shop, no minimum order runs — a finished card comes out of your office exactly when you need it.
Sharp results every time
At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), logos and text come out crisp and clean on every card. No blurring, no pixelated edges — what you see on screen is what you get in hand.
Both sides, one pass
The ZC300 prints the front and back of each card in a single run. You don't need two separate devices or anyone standing at the printer flipping cards halfway through a batch.
Connects to what you already have
Plug in over USB or hook it into your office network via Ethernet (10/100 Mbit). A USB cable and a power lead with both EU and UK plugs are in the box, so you can be up and running without any extra purchases.
Status at a glance
The built-in LCD display shows the printer's current status and any error messages directly on the unit. You don't need to open a laptop just to check whether a card has printed.
Load a batch and get on with your day
The card feeder holds up to 100 cards at a time. Load your blank cards, start the print run, and step away — the printer handles the rest while you serve customers or get on with other work.
Colour that lasts
Printing uses thermal transfer dye-sublimation technology with four colours. The result is a smooth, durable finish — colours stay vivid even on cards that get handled every day.
Warranty and origin
Comes with Zebra's 36-month warranty. Manufactured in China.
