Zebra ZC300 – Card Printer for Small Businesses

The Zebra ZC300 is a single-sided card printer built for cafés, shops, and workshops that need their own staff badges, membership cards, or loyalty cards. It uses dye-sublimation technology — 4-colour thermal transfer — to produce a sharp, consistent 300 dpi result from the first card to the last.

Batches done before your next coffee break

At up to 900 cards per hour, even a decent-sized run finishes quickly. Staff don't need to stand over the machine waiting. Load up to 100 cards into the feeder at once, press go, and get back to the counter — the ZC300 works through the pile on its own.

Connects to what you already have

Two connection options, both straightforward. USB plugs directly into a single computer; Ethernet (10/100 Mbit) puts the printer on your local network so several machines can share it. Neither route needs adapters or extra hardware. A USB cable and a power lead with both EU and UK plugs are included in the box, so you are printing the same day it arrives.

Clear status at a glance

The built-in LCD display tells you exactly what the printer is doing — ready, ribbon running low, card tray empty, or anything else that needs attention. You are not left guessing why a job hasn't started.

What to order alongside it

The ZC300 handles standard CR-80 plastic cards — the same size as a bank card. Cards, ribbon cartridges, and laminate film are ordered separately.
