About
Zebra ZC100 – Card Printer for Everyday Use
The Zebra ZC100 is a single-sided card printer built for small and medium-sized businesses that need quality ID cards, loyalty cards, or access cards without outsourcing the job to a print bureau. It's designed to be a dependable, no-fuss workhorse you can leave on the counter and reach for whenever you need it.
Sharp, Lasting Colour on Every Card
The ZC100 uses dye-sublimation thermal transfer printing — 4-colour process at 300 dpi (12 dots/mm). The result is a crisp, vibrant card that holds up to daily handling: repeated swipes, wallet wear, and the general rough treatment a staff badge or loyalty card gets over months of use.
Print a Full Staff Run Without Stopping
With a maximum speed of 700 cards per hour and a card feeder that holds up to 100 cards at a time, you can run your entire team's ID cards in a single session. No standing over the machine topping up the tray every ten minutes — load it, start the job, and get back to the counter.
Connects to What You Already Have
Two connection options are included: USB for a direct link to a single computer, and Ethernet so the printer can sit on your network and be shared across multiple workstations. A USB cable and power supply are both in the box, so you're not chasing accessories before you can get started.
