What the plan covers

You get comprehensive fault coverage for your MC33XX-series handheld for a full five years. When something goes wrong, Zebra sends you an advance exchange device so work can continue while your unit is dealt with — you're not waiting for a repair to come back. Advance exchange is available in select countries.

The plan also includes a commissioning service, so getting a replacement or new device up and running doesn't mean an afternoon of setup headaches.

When you need to buy it

OneCare Select must be purchased within 30 days of buying the hardware. The simplest approach is to handle it at the same time as the device purchase — that way full coverage is in place from day one.
