What the agreement covers

OneCare Essential provides comprehensive service coverage for the TC56 handheld computer. The agreement runs for three years from the point of activation, keeping the device protected throughout its most active working life.

One important detail: the coverage applies to the TC56 handset itself. Cradles are not included — if you need service coverage for cradles, that is purchased separately.
