Zebra OneCare Essential – Five-Year Service Agreement for the TC27 Handheld

The Zebra OneCare Essential service agreement keeps your TC27 running year after year, without the worry of what a repair might cost or how long you'll be without the device.

What the agreement covers

OneCare Essential is Zebra's own comprehensive service programme, covering repair of the TC27 for technical faults and normal wear. The agreement runs for five years, so a single purchase secures service cover across the full working life of the device.

Covered under the agreement:

• ·Repair or replacement of the device if a fault occurs
• ·Protection against unexpected repair bills throughout the agreement period
• ·Servicing through Zebra's own repair network, so the device comes back to you restored to Zebra's standards

What to keep in mind at the time of purchase

OneCare Essential must be activated within 30 days of the TC27's purchase date. This is a Zebra condition for the agreement to take effect — it cannot be added retrospectively once that window has closed. If you're ordering TC27 devices, include the service agreement in the same order, or place it immediately afterwards.

Why a service agreement makes sense for a handheld

A handheld terminal goes everywhere — picking aisles, service counters, loading bays. It gets dropped, knocked, and used continuously. Without a service agreement, a single repair can add up to a significant unplanned cost, and every day the device is away for repair is a day your team is working around the gap.

This service agreement covers the Zebra TC27 only. Before purchasing, confirm you have the TC27 model — other Zebra devices have their own OneCare agreements.
