Zebra OneCare Essential 5 Years — Keep Your TC22 Running
The Zebra OneCare Essential is Zebra's own service agreement for the TC22 handheld terminal. It gives you five full years of covered maintenance through Zebra's official service network, so when something goes wrong you know exactly who fixes it and what it costs — nothing extra, nothing negotiated on the spot.
One condition to keep in mind: the agreement must be purchased within 30 days of the device. Miss that window and you lose the option to add full coverage from day one.
What the agreement covers
OneCare Essential covers faults that arise during normal daily use. It also includes standard maintenance for the extended battery and the BLE battery, so you do not need a separate arrangement to keep those components in working order.
Why it matters when the terminal is in daily use
A TC22 sitting on a shelf is one thing. A TC22 that your staff pick up every morning in a stockroom, shop floor, or delivery operation is another. When a handheld terminal breaks at the wrong moment, the whole workflow stops — orders go unscanned, shelves go unchecked, deliveries get delayed.
