Zebra OneCare Essential — 5-Year Service Plan for the MC9300 Handheld Terminal

When your MC9300 is working hard every day in a warehouse, shop floor, or logistics environment, a breakdown cannot afford to cost you a week of productivity. Zebra OneCare Essential is Zebra's own service programme, designed to keep your MC9300 in full working order for the long haul — and to get it back to you fast if something goes wrong.

What the plan covers

  • Comprehensive repair coverage: The plan covers faults that arise from normal daily use, so you are not hit with unexpected repair invoices when a device develops a problem mid-shift.
  • Maximum 3-day turnaround (TAT): Once your device reaches the service centre, Zebra returns it repaired within three days on average. Your team is not left without a device for weeks.
  • Five full years of cover: One plan, no annual renewals. The MC9300 is built for a long service life, and this agreement matches it — your device is covered for its entire typical working lifespan without you having to remember to renew.

Who this is for

The MC9300 is a rugged handheld built for demanding environments where the terminal is picked up, dropped, scanned, and carried all day. If your team relies on it daily — for stock counts, goods-in, or point-of-sale scanning — a service agreement means one fault does not bring operations to a halt.

Important: activate within 30 days

OneCare Essential must be purchased at the same time as the MC9300, or within 30 days of the device purchase. Do not leave activation too late — once the window closes, the option to add the plan is lost.
