Speed and Media Handling

The T82X6 handles media up to 172.7 mm wide and prints up to 168 mm wide — wide enough for most warehouse and retail label formats. The maximum roll diameter is 203 mm, so you are not constantly swapping rolls during a busy dispatch run. At up to 305 mm/s, labels come out fast enough to keep pace with a packing bench at full speed.

Connectivity

The printer includes USB 2.0, RS232, and Ethernet interfaces. Connect it directly to a single workstation via USB, hook it into your existing office or warehouse network over Ethernet, or use RS232 if your setup calls for it. With three options available, the T82X6 slots into your current hardware without rewiring anything.

Once connected over Ethernet, multiple workstations can send jobs to the same printer without any extra hardware — useful if your team shares one printer across the packing area.

Automatic Media Detection

Built-in Black Mark Sensor and Gap Sensor detect label gaps and media breaks automatically. The printer knows where one label ends and the next begins, which cuts down on wasted labels and keeps jobs moving without manual adjustments.

Memory and Performance

512 MB of RAM and 128 MB of Flash memory mean large batch runs go through without slowing the print queue. You can send a full day's worth of shipping labels and the printer handles it without complaints.
