The Printronix T6E3X4 is a thermal transfer label printer designed to run day after day in a warehouse, production line, retail stockroom, or workshop — without demanding constant attention. When orders are coming in and there is no time to stop, this printer keeps up.

Print Quality That Scans First Time

At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), barcodes, text, and logos come out sharp even at small sizes. That means your scanner reads the code on the first pass and packages do not come back to the counter for a reprint. Print speed reaches up to 305 mm/s, so even a long label run does not hold up the line.

Handles a Wide Range of Media

Maximum media width is 114 mm, maximum print width is 104 mm. That covers everything from narrow price tags to wider shipping and warehouse labels — without changing printers. Roll diameter goes up to 203 mm, which means longer runs between roll changes and fewer interruptions during the working day.

Three Connection Options

The T6E3X4 connects via USB, RS232 serial, or Ethernet. Connect it directly to one workstation or share it across the network — either way, no extra hardware is needed. With 512 MB RAM and 128 MB Flash on board, there is plenty of room for stored forms and fonts.

Automatic Label Detection

The built-in Black Mark Sensor and Gap Sensor detect different label types automatically. Printing starts at the right position from the first label, so there is no wasted stock during calibration.

Everything Included Out of the Box

The printer ships with an internal power supply and an EU power cable — plug in and you are ready to go. Made in Taiwan, it carries a 24-month warranty.
