About

Bixolon SRP-Q300 — Receipt Printer for Your Counter

The Bixolon SRP-Q300 is a direct thermal receipt printer designed to handle the daily grind at busy counters. Whether you're running a lunch rush at a bistro, a Saturday queue at a retail till, or a parts transaction at a workshop — this printer keeps up without making your customer wait.

Prints before they put their card away

At 220 mm per second, the receipt is done by the time the customer reaches for their wallet. The 180 dpi print head produces clean, readable text and barcodes even at compact font sizes — no blurry lines, no squinting at the counter.

Connects however your till is set up

The SRP-Q300 comes with both USB and Ethernet as standard. Connect directly to your till computer via USB, or drop it onto your local network via Ethernet — whichever fits how your counter is already wired. No extra adapters needed.

Works with the software you already use

The printer runs on the ESC/POS command protocol, which is understood by virtually every point-of-sale system available today. Swapping in a new printer does not mean calling your software provider — connect it, install the driver, and you're printing.

Paper sensor keeps you out of trouble

The built-in optical sensor detects when the roll is running low. Your system can alert you before the paper runs out mid-transaction — a small thing that matters on a busy Friday evening.

Everything in the box

The package includes a power supply unit and power cable, so you can have it running without an extra trip to a supplier. Maximum media width is 80 mm, the standard receipt paper size for café and restaurant use.

Warranty and origin

The SRP-Q300 carries a 24-month warranty. Manufactured in Taiwan by Bixolon, a printer brand found in thousands of European businesses.
