The Bixolon SRP-382 is a direct thermal receipt printer built for the daily grind at a busy counter. It prints at up to 350 mm/s, so receipts are in your customer's hand before the queue even notices — no bottlenecks on a packed Friday evening. The built-in auto-cutter handles every cut cleanly, so there's no tearing, no fumbling, no interruptions mid-transaction.

Fits the paper roll you already use

The SRP-382 accepts both 58 mm and 80 mm receipt paper, which means it slots into most existing till setups without adapters or workarounds. Maximum print width is 72 mm and roll diameter up to 83 mm, so a single roll goes a long way before you need to swap it out.

Connections and compatibility

Connects via USB and supports BXL and POS emulation, making it compatible with the vast majority of common point-of-sale software. A cash drawer kickout port is built in, so the drawer opens automatically with each payment — nothing extra to wire up.

What's in the box

The package includes a power supply unit, power cable, a starter receipt roll, and a quick-start guide. The interface cable is ordered separately — check the available cables in the Vaivatta catalogue.

Warranty and origin
