The M3 Mobile SM20 is built for businesses where data collection, stock management, or goods receiving happens on the move. The 12.7 cm (5") touch screen is large enough for clear, gloved-hand use even in a busy warehouse or back-of-house environment.
Fast 2D barcode scanning
The Zebra SE4750 imager reads both 1D and 2D barcodes — including worn, damaged, or poorly printed labels. It responds quickly, so neither your till queue nor your goods-in process stalls at the scanning step.
Connectivity wherever the job takes you
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC mean the device stays connected whether the user is on the shop floor, deep in the stockroom, or outside at the loading dock. GPS is available when location-tagged work steps are part of your workflow.
Android 12 with Google Mobile Services
Android 12 with Google Mobile Services means the apps your team already uses work straight out of the box — no workarounds, no sideloading. The Qualcomm Octa-Core 2.0 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM keep multiple apps running in parallel without the waiting.
Battery that lasts a full shift
The 4,100 mAh battery is removable. In practice, that means swapping in a fully charged spare takes under a minute and the device carries on working — no standing around waiting for a charge mid-shift. Internal storage is 64 GB, and a Micro SD slot lets you expand if needed.
Camera and documentation
The 16 MP rear camera with autofocus handles product and delivery documentation without needing a separate device. The 5 MP front camera covers video calls when needed.
IP65 — built for real working conditions
IP65 protection means dust and water jets don't slow it down — the everyday conditions of a warehouse, retail stockroom, or commercial kitchen won't cause problems. Manufacturer's warranty is 12 months. Made in South Korea.
