About
M3 Mobile US20X – the handheld that keeps up all shift long
The M3 Mobile US20X is built for serious data collection in warehouses, retail stockrooms, and field work. It brings together fast 2D scanning, broad connectivity, and Android in one tough device that handles the bumps and grime of a working day without complaint.
Scans from awkward angles — no re-positioning needed
The Honeywell SE4770 imager reads at a 45-degree angle, which means the barcode does not have to be squarely in front of the device. You can scan from the side or on the move, which keeps picking speed up even when products are tucked deep in a shelf or packed inside a box.
Hot-swap battery — the device never goes dark mid-shift
Swap the battery without powering down. The device stays live while you slot in a fresh cell, so there is no lost session, no restart, and no gap in your workflow. The 6,700 mAh battery also covers a full active day before you even need to reach for the spare.
Connected everywhere — indoors or out
Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, and NFC are all built in. GPS handles location tracking for field teams. A Micro SD slot adds extra storage when you need it. Whether you are in a basement stockroom or a loading bay, the connection holds.
IP65 protection for dusty, damp environments
IP65 means the device is sealed against dust and handles water splashes without any extra covers or cases. That matters in grocery back-of-house, cold storage, or outdoor use where moisture and debris are part of the working environment.
Processing power that keeps up with the workload
A Qualcomm Octa Core processor running at 2.2 GHz, 4 GB RAM, and 64 GB internal storage mean apps respond quickly even when several are running at once. Android 10 gives you access to a wide range of business applications straight out of the box.
Physical keyboard cuts input errors
The 51-key alphanumeric keyboard makes entering data faster and more accurate than a touchscreen alone — useful on a cold warehouse floor where gloves are worn or fingers are not at their sharpest. The 16 MP autofocus camera handles product documentation and image capture when you need a visual record.
What's in the box
The device ships with a 6,700 mAh battery and a hand strap. Charging cradle, power supply unit, and power cable are ordered separately.
