If you already run Cardpresso XS but your card-printing needs have grown, this upgrade licence takes you straight to XL level. You pay only the difference — not the cost of a brand-new licence — and you get the complete XL feature set from the moment you activate it.

What changes when you upgrade?

Cardpresso XL opens up considerably more room than XS for designing and printing cards in day-to-day use. At XL level you can:

• ·Manage larger card databases and connect to a wider range of database sources
• ·Build more complex card layouts, including barcodes and other encoded data elements
• ·Handle higher print volumes without hitting the output limits of the XS tier

Your existing card templates and saved settings carry over intact — nothing gets wiped during the upgrade.

How the upgrade is delivered

The licence arrives as a code by email after your order is confirmed. You enter it directly inside your existing Cardpresso installation; there is no need to uninstall or reinstall the software. Activation takes a few minutes and you are back up and running straight away.

Who is this for?

This upgrade suits businesses that started with XS and have since outgrown it — for example, because you now need to pull card data from more than one database source, print cards with barcodes or magnetic stripe data, or simply produce more cards per month than XS comfortably allows. Typical users are small and mid-sized businesses printing staff ID cards, loyalty cards, or membership cards on their own hardware.

Cardpresso and Evolis

Cardpresso is the card-printing software recommended by Evolis, and it is compatible with the full range of Evolis card printers.
