Seiko RP-F10 – Receipt Printer for a Busy Counter

The Seiko RP-F10 is a direct thermal receipt printer built to handle the daily demands of a working till point. Receipts come out fast even when the queue is at the door — customers aren't left waiting at the counter while the printer catches up.

Reliable Printing Without Ink Cartridges

The RP-F10 uses direct thermal technology, which means no ink cartridges, no ribbons, and no consumables to reorder apart from the paper roll itself. Day-to-day maintenance stays minimal. The built-in auto-cutter trims each receipt cleanly after every print — no tearing, no crumpled slips handed to the customer.

Resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots per millimetre), which is sharp enough for clear prices, barcodes, and a logo at the top of the receipt. At a maximum speed of 250 mm/s, a standard till receipt is done in a couple of seconds — the kind of pace that keeps a Friday evening moving.

Works With Most Till Setups

The RP-F10 connects to your till computer via USB Type B and includes a USB Host port for peripherals such as a barcode scanner. Two connection options mean installation is straightforward regardless of how your counter is wired up.

The printer accepts both 58 mm and 80 mm paper rolls, so you can choose the receipt width that suits your setup. Maximum roll diameter is 83 mm, which means longer rolls and fewer changes during a shift.
