About
Seiko RP-E11 — Receipt Printer for Daily Use
The Seiko RP-E11 is a compact receipt printer built to handle the daily demands of cafés, restaurants, and retail counters. It uses direct thermal printing, so there are no ink cartridges or ribbon spools to replace — maintenance stays minimal and your counter keeps running without interruptions.
Speed that keeps the queue moving
At up to 350 mm/s, a receipt is in your customer's hand within seconds — even on a busy Friday evening when the queue is three deep. The built-in automatic cutter trims each receipt cleanly, so there's no tearing by hand and no ragged edges.
Works with the paper rolls you already buy
The printer accepts roll diameters up to 83 mm and supports paper widths of 58 mm, 72 mm, and 80 mm. That covers the most common receipt rolls available from standard suppliers, so you're not locked into a specialist consumable.
Connects via USB — no network setup needed
The connection to your till system runs over a USB-B cable. The box includes the power supply unit and an EU-standard power cable (C13), so the printer is ready to go as soon as you unpack it — no hunting for adapters.
Front paper exit fits tight counter spaces
Paper exits from the front of the unit, which makes it easier to slot into a compact till area without awkward cable runs or paper jams from the back. The black finish sits neatly on most counter setups.
Resolution, warranty, and origin
Print resolution is 8 dots/mm (203 dpi) — sharp enough for barcodes, logos, and itemised receipts. The printer comes with a 24-month warranty. Country of manufacture: China.
