The Zebra RFD40 is a handheld UHF RFID reader and writer built for daily hard use in stockrooms, shop floors, and workshops. Instead of scanning each item one by one with a barcode gun, you sweep an entire shelf and have your count in seconds.

The reader supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. The included 7,000 mAh lithium-ion battery runs through a full working shift without needing a mid-count trip to the charger. The battery is swappable, so for longer shifts a spare keeps you going without any downtime.

The RFD40 operates on UHF 865–868 MHz, the band permitted for UHF RFID across Europe. It works straight out of the box in Finland and across the EU without any frequency configuration.
