If your Zebra EC50 or EC55 needs to stay put — on a forklift, at a loading bay, or behind a counter — this RAM Mounts GDS holder is built for exactly that. The key-locking mechanism means the device doesn't come out unless someone unlocks it deliberately. No accidental knocks, no missing hardware at the start of a shift.

The holder works with the IntelliSkin protective sleeve, so you don't have to strip the case off to dock the device.

Charging and connectivity

Power comes in through a USB-C port, and the device charges while it sits in the cradle — no separate charging cable to manage. The built-in USB Type-A cable lets you connect peripherals directly to the dock, so you're not hunting for an adapter when you need to add a scanner or another accessory.

Works where it's cold or damp

This is where the dock earns its keep in demanding environments. Built-in heating elements keep the pogo pins from seizing up in cold or wet conditions — think walk-in freezers, loading docks in winter, or outdoor retail points exposed to the elements. If your team works in those conditions, this is the detail that stops a frozen dock from halting the day.

Inserting and securing the device

To seat the device, pull the upper part of the cradle upward and drop the Zebra EC50 or EC55 in. The spring-loaded cradle grips the device firmly and begins charging immediately. Crucially, the dock leaves the top scanner and the buttons fully exposed — your staff can scan, press, and work without ever removing the device from the holder.

Build and warranty

Manufactured in China and built for professional daily use in warehouses, retail floors, workshops, and other environments where the Zebra EC50/55 is in constant operation. The dock carries a 36-month warranty.
