This RAM Mounts charging dock is built for devices protected by an IntelliSkin case fitted with the Uni-Conn adapter. The spring-loaded quick-release mechanism holds the device firmly in place through a full shift — you can pull it free with one hand even when the other is already occupied.

How it works day to day

Integrated pogo pins transfer power directly through the IntelliSkin case, so there are no cables to plug in or knock loose between uses. Power reaches the dock through a USB-C connection, which fits the equipment most businesses are already running. To seat the device, slide the Uni-Conn adapter into the octagon connector and push upward until the base clicks home.

Mounting uses the standard 2-hole AMPS pattern, so the dock fits the wide range of RAM Mounts arms and bases already on the market. Screw-set installation keeps it solid in high-vibration environments — vehicles, workshop benches, warehouse carts.

What you need before you can use it

This dock works only with an IntelliSkin case that has the RAM-GDS-U1U Uni-Conn adapter fitted. The adapter is sold separately. If your device is not in an IntelliSkin case, this dock will not work with it — check compatibility before ordering.
