How the dock works

The dock is designed for devices fitted with an IntelliSkin protective case and an attached GDS Uni-Conn adapter (RAM-GDS-U1U, sold separately). Slide the tablet into the base of the dock and push it back until it clicks into place. To remove it, press the lever once — no force, no twisting.

Charging happens through integrated Pogo-Pin contacts built into the dock itself, so there is no separate charging cable to plug into the tablet each time. Power reaches the dock through a USB-C connection. The USB-A port lets you connect a peripheral — a barcode scanner or receipt printer, for example — into the same setup without adding another cable run.

Mounting

The dock attaches using a 2-hole AMPS pattern, which is widely compatible with RAM Mounts arms, bases, and stands. The screw set is included in the box so you can get it on the wall or counter straight away.
