At approximately 213 mm, the arm gives you enough reach to position a screen or terminal at a comfortable angle without crowding the workspace. It is designed for D-ball sockets (2.25 inches), the most widely used ball size across the RAM Mounts range — so if you already have RAM bases, cradles, or clamps, this arm connects straight into them.

The D-ball system means you can combine the arm with different bases and platforms without hunting for adapters or specialist tools. Adjustment takes a single spanner.
