When you need a mobile terminal or handheld device mounted firmly to a tube frame, the RAM Mounts Double Tube Clamp gets it done without fuss. The clamp fits tubes with an outer diameter of 25.4–31.8 mm, which covers most pipe profiles found in workshops, warehouses, retail fixtures, and vehicles.

The 1.5" C-ball joint: one screw, solid hold

This mount uses RAM's 1.5" C-series ball joint. In practice that means you can angle the screen exactly where you need it — no extra adapters, no fiddling. Tighten one screw and the joint holds its position through vibration and daily knocks alike.

The Double Tube Clamp is made in China and is part of RAM's modular mounting system, where components connect directly to one another. If you already have RAM arms, cradles, or bases on site, this clamp attaches to them straight away.

Installation

Slip the clamp around the tube, run the included bolts through, and tighten. No drilling, no structural alterations — useful when you're working in a leased space or simply don't have time for a bigger job. Most installations take a few minutes with a basic screwdriver.

Compatibility within the RAM system

The 1.5" C-series ball is one of RAM's most common connection points. The majority of RAM-brand arms, cradles, and platforms connect directly to this clamp.
