At 600 dpi (24 dots/mm), the PX940 produces crisp barcodes and readable small text even on narrow labels. Maximum print width is 106 mm with a media width of up to 114 mm, covering most warehouse and production label formats. The maximum roll diameter of 213 mm means large rolls fit without modification, so you spend less time on roll changes and more time running the line.

Hardware built for daily wear

The built-in peeler and rewinder mean labels release automatically — no tearing by hand, no interruptions to your workflow. The touchscreen lets you adjust settings directly on the device without needing a connected computer nearby. The real-time clock (RTC) keeps date and time stamps accurate on every label, which matters when traceability is part of your process.
