Honeywell PX940 – Industrial Label Printer with Built-In Barcode Verification

The Honeywell PX940 is built for environments where every label has to be right the first time. Its built-in barcode verifier checks each printed code during the print process itself — faulty labels are caught before they reach a product or a shipping box.

Print performance

The PX940 uses thermal transfer and delivers 300 dpi resolution, which handles demanding logistics and production applications without compromise. Maximum print width is 106 mm with media up to 114 mm wide. The roll diameter goes up to 213 mm, so you spend less time swapping rolls during long print runs. Print speed reaches 300 mm/s — production lines don't have to wait for the printer.

Practical features that keep things moving

The built-in peeler strips labels from the liner automatically after printing, so applying them takes no extra steps. The rewinder collects the spent liner neatly on a roll — no paper piling up around the machine. The touch screen lets you change settings directly on the device without opening a laptop. The real-time clock prints timestamps directly onto labels when your workflow needs them.

Connectivity and memory

Three USB ports, an RS232 serial port, and 10/100 Mbit Ethernet cover virtually any environment — whether your warehouse management system or ERP connects over a network or a direct cable. 1 GB RAM and 256 MB Flash mean print queues and font libraries sit comfortably in the device's own memory.
