Honeywell PX65 – Industrial Label Printer for Demanding Environments

The Honeywell PX65 is designed for operations where labels go out continuously and volume is not optional. Thermal transfer technology produces sharp, durable labels whether your stockroom is running flat out or your production line never stops.

Precision and Speed When It Matters

At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), labels come out crisp — small text stays readable and barcodes scan reliably first time, every time. Print speed reaches 225 mm/s, so the printer keeps pace even on the busiest days without creating a backlog at the workstation.

Maximum print width is 167.4 mm with media width up to 170 mm, which means most standard label stock fits without adjustments.

Peeler and Rewinder Keep the Work Moving

The built-in peeler separates each label from its backing automatically — staff pick up a ready-to-apply label without touching the liner. The Label Taken Sensor (LTS) detects when a label has been removed before the next one advances, so labels don't stack up on the floor or jam at the exit.

The rewinder collects used backing paper neatly as you go, keeping the workstation tidy and making roll changes straightforward.

Connectivity That Fits Your Setup

Ethernet (10/100 Mbit) lets you connect the PX65 directly to your network. The multi-interface adds RS232 and USB, so the printer works alongside most point-of-sale systems and warehouse management software without extra adapters.

The colour display lets you check and adjust settings on the spot — no need to dig out a manual or pull up a laptop every time something needs tweaking.

With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash on board, the printer handles complex label formats and stores them locally for fast recall.
