The Honeywell PX45 is a thermal transfer industrial label printer built for environments where the printer needs to keep up shift after shift. Whether you run a stockroom, a shop floor, or a production space, the PX45 gets labels out quickly and without errors — so your team keeps moving.

Keeps up even when orders pile up

With a maximum print speed of 300 mm/s, the label queue won't back up even when a wave of orders lands at once. Print width goes up to 110 mm and media width up to 120 mm, covering a wide range of label rolls and formats you're likely already using.

Resolution is 8 dots/mm (203 dpi) — sharp enough for clean barcodes, address labels, and product markings that scan reliably.

Practical features that cut out manual steps

• ·Peeler strips the finished label from its backing automatically, so your operator doesn't have to peel by hand between every print.
• ·Rewinder winds the spent backing neatly onto a roll, keeping the workstation tidy throughout a long shift.
• ·Label Taken Sensor (LTS) checks that the previous label has been removed before the next one prints — preventing pile-ups and misprints without any manual checking.
• ·Real-time clock (RTC) stores the current time and date directly in the printer, so time-stamped labels are accurate without a separate system integration.

Colour display — check status without opening software

The built-in colour display shows print status and any alerts right on the device. You can review and adjust settings at the printer itself, without having to open a management application on a computer across the room.

Connects to what you already have

Ethernet (10/100 Mbit) lets you put the PX45 on your network straight away, so multiple computers or systems can send print jobs to the same device. Standard multi-interface support — RS232 serial port and USB — means the printer also works with older till systems and computers without buying extra adapters.

Onboard memory is 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash, enough to store fonts, graphics, and print jobs inside the device.
