Stable 433 MHz wireless connection

The PM9600-SR runs on 433 MHz, a frequency that holds a reliable link to its cradle even when shelving units or other obstacles are in the way. The cradle doubles as a charger, so the battery tops up every time you set the scanner down.

Removable 3300 mAh battery

The battery is removable. Keep a spare charged and a long shift never ends because the battery runs out first. At 3300 mAh, the standard battery covers a full working day under normal scanning loads without needing a mid-shift charge.

Imager-based read head scans damaged barcodes too

Unlike a traditional laser scanner, the PM9600-SR uses an imaging read head. It reads all common 1D and 2D code formats — including torn, creased, or partially damaged labels that a laser would miss. That saves real time when stock labels have taken a beating in transit.
