The Honeywell PM45C is a midrange thermal transfer label printer built for environments where labels go out in volume, day after day. Whether you are marking products, printing shelf labels, or generating shipping tags, the PM45C holds its pace even when things get busy.

Fast output, clean results

Print speed tops out at 356 mm/s, so a full batch of labels is done before it becomes a bottleneck. Resolution sits at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) — sharp enough for barcodes, product text, and straightforward graphics without overengineering the spec.

Maximum print width is 108 mm with media up to 114 mm wide, so you have room to work with most standard label formats. Roll diameter goes up to 152.4 mm, which means fewer roll changes during a busy shift.

The peeler saves you time on the floor

The built-in peeler automatically separates each label from its backing as it comes out — ready to apply straight away. If your team is labelling products one by one by hand, this alone removes a small but constant friction from the workflow. The liner take-up spindle handles the backing paper so it does not pile up around the printer.

Touchscreen controls and practical connectivity

The touchscreen display lets you change settings directly on the unit — no need to open a laptop every time you adjust a format or feed length. Connections cover USB (Type B), USB Host, RS232, and Ethernet, so you can drop the PM45C into an existing network or wire it directly to a workstation, depending on how your setup is arranged.

With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash on board, the printer handles more complex label templates without slowing down the queue.
