The Honeywell PM45C is a midrange thermal transfer label printer built for environments where label printing happens every day: warehouse, retail back office, dispatch desk, or a light production line. The long door makes swapping larger rolls straightforward, and the included peeler separates each label from the liner automatically — no peeling by hand when things are busy.

Prints fast and cleanly

Resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), which handles barcodes, address labels, and price tags without issue. Maximum print width is 108 mm with media up to 114 mm wide. Print speed reaches 356 mm/s, so a large label run clears the queue quickly rather than holding up the next task.

Connects to the systems you already use

The PM45C comes with USB (Type B), USB Host, RS232, and Ethernet as standard. In practice this means the printer works alongside most current point-of-sale systems and warehouse management software without extra adapters. The Ethernet port also lets you share the printer across multiple workstations on the same network.

Touchscreen and onboard memory for smoother daily use

The touchscreen lets you check printer status and adjust basic settings directly on the device — no need to open a computer every time something needs tweaking. With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash, you can store multiple label templates and font libraries on the printer itself.
