The Honeywell PM45C is a thermal transfer label printer designed to hold up under demanding daily use — in stock rooms, retail back offices, and busy workshop benches. The long door makes media changes quick and straightforward, even when you're working alone and there's no time for a lengthy maintenance stop.

Keeps pace when orders pile up

With a maximum print speed of 356 mm/s, labels come out fast enough that your packing line or service counter doesn't have to wait. Maximum media width is 114 mm, print width reaches 108 mm, and the maximum roll diameter is 152.4 mm — covering the vast majority of commercial label formats without any special adjustments.

Connects to whatever system you already have

The PM45C comes with USB (Type B), USB Host, RS232, and Ethernet on board. That means it will connect whether you're plugging directly into a workstation, tying into a network, or linking up with a standalone device. The USB Host port also lets you connect a barcode scanner directly to the printer itself — useful when you need to scan and print without running everything through a computer.

The peeler takes the manual work out of labelling

The built-in peeler separates each label from its backing automatically, so labels are ready to apply the moment they come out. The liner take-up spindle collects the backing paper neatly on a spool, keeping your workspace tidy even during a busy afternoon rush.

512 MB Flash keeps templates on board

With 512 MB of Flash storage, you can save label templates directly on the printer. That means printing can carry on even if the connection to your main system drops — handy in a warehouse or workshop where cables get unplugged and Wi-Fi is unreliable.
