About

Honeywell PM45 – Label Printer for Demanding Daily Use

The Honeywell PM45 is a midrange thermal transfer label printer built for environments where labels need to come out quickly and in volume. At up to 356 mm/s, the queue doesn't back up in your stockroom or at the counter — even on the busiest days.

Every Connection You Need, Ready Out of the Box

The PM45 comes with USB (Type B), two USB Host ports, RS232, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 802.11ac. Whether your current setup runs on cables or wireless, the PM45 connects without extra adapters or add-on purchases. Bluetooth pairs with mobile terminals, Wi-Fi fits a fixed network environment, and RS232 keeps older point-of-sale systems in play.

Touchscreen That Saves You Time

The built-in touchscreen shows printer status directly on the device — no need to walk to a computer to check whether a job went through or is sitting in the queue. You can adjust settings right on the printer without opening any software.

Where the PM45 Fits

For a café or restaurant printing allergen labels or order numbers, the PM45 keeps up without slowing down service. In retail, it keeps shelf-edge price labels and product stickers current without becoming a bottleneck in the day. In a workshop or stockroom, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi mean you place the printer where the work actually happens — not where the nearest cable happens to reach.
