About

Honeywell PM45 – labels print without interruption

The Honeywell PM45 is a midrange thermal transfer label printer built to handle daily heavy use. Whether you're producing shelf-edge price labels, outbound shipping labels, or product stickers, 300 dpi resolution means barcodes and fine text come out sharp every time — no rescanning at the till, no squinting at smudged text.

Speed that keeps up with demand

At up to 300 mm/s, even a short batch of labels is done before it becomes a delay. Print width reaches 106 mm, and media width accommodates up to 114 mm, so larger product labels are no problem on the same machine.

Built-in rewinder cuts out the manual work

The internal rewinder collects finished labels cleanly as they come off the head. Labels don't pile up on the floor and nobody needs to stand beside the printer peeling them off one by one. The Label Taken Sensor adds a further safeguard: the next label won't print until the previous one has been removed, which keeps waste to a minimum during longer runs.

Connectivity that fits what you already have

The PM45 comes with USB (Type B), two USB Host ports, RS232, and Ethernet on board. It connects to older point-of-sale and warehouse systems just as readily as it joins a modern network. No adapters required — you pick the connection that matches your existing cabling.

The touchscreen display lets you adjust settings directly on the unit without needing a laptop nearby. That matters in practice when label content or size changes between seasons or product ranges.

Memory that handles bigger label jobs

256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash mean the printer holds multiple label templates and processes larger files without slowing down. The maximum roll diameter is 213 mm, so a full roll lasts longer and needs replacing less often.

What's in the box

The printer ships with a power supply unit. A power cable is not included and must be ordered separately — add it to your order at the same time. Country of origin is Malaysia and the warranty period is 12 months.
