About
Honeywell PM45 – Label Printing Built for Daily Business Use
The Honeywell PM45 is a midrange direct thermal label printer designed to hold up under the everyday demands of a retail counter, stockroom, or workshop. At 300 dpi resolution, barcodes scan reliably first time and text stays sharp even at small sizes — the kind of detail that matters when a misread label slows down a queue.
Labels ready before the queue builds
At up to 300 mm/s, the PM45 keeps pace with busy periods without making customers wait at the counter. The maximum print width of 106 mm covers the most common label formats — price tags, shipping labels, product stickers — and the roll capacity reaches 213 mm in diameter. That means fewer mid-shift roll changes and less time standing at the printer instead of serving customers.
Connects to whatever you're already running
The PM45 ships with USB (Type B), two USB Host ports, RS232 serial, and Ethernet on board. In practice, this means the printer slots into your existing setup — whether your till system talks serial or your network runs on Ethernet — without needing extra adaptors or IT work.
The two USB Host ports let you connect a barcode scanner or keyboard directly to the printer if your workflow calls for it, keeping your counter tidy and your process straightforward.
Memory that handles complex label templates
With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash, the PM45 loads detailed label designs quickly and keeps the print queue moving without unnecessary pauses. If you're running templates with logos, multiple font sizes, or dense barcodes, the memory headroom means you won't hit bottlenecks at the printer.
Ready to use without turning it into a project
A power supply unit is included in the box. The power cable is ordered separately — check at the time of ordering that the cable you need is included in your basket. The printer is covered by a 12-month warranty and is manufactured in Malaysia.
