The PM45 uses direct thermal printing, which means there are no ink ribbons to stock, replace, or run out of at the wrong moment. Connect it to your existing till system or network via USB, RS232, or Ethernet — whichever matches how your current setup is already wired.

Speed When You Need It

At 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), the print quality is solid for barcodes, price labels, and address stickers — sharp enough to scan reliably every time. The maximum print speed of 356 mm/s means a queue of labels clears fast, even on your busiest days. The printer handles media up to 114 mm wide and rolls up to 213 mm in diameter, so larger label rolls are no problem.

Connections That Work With What You Have

Two USB Host ports let you plug in extras — a barcode scanner or a USB memory stick — directly into the printer, without going through a separate hub. The PM45 detects label position automatically using both a gap sensor and a black mark sensor, so setup is straightforward and you're not hunting through menus before you can start printing.
