TSC PEX2240L – the print engine that keeps your line moving

The TSC PEX2240L is a 4-inch industrial print engine designed for integration into warehouses, production lines, and logistics centres. Its left-hand configuration means the label exits from the left side of the unit — a detail that can save hours of installation headache when your line layout demands it.

Clear display, fast control

The 3.5-inch colour LCD gives you print status, job queues, and any error messages at a glance. Changing settings does not require a computer — the display and navigation buttons handle everyday adjustments directly on the unit, so your operators stay productive without calling IT.

Connectivity that works with what you already have

USB, RS-232, Ethernet, and a USB Host port come as standard, so you can connect the PEX2240L to your existing system whether the control software is five years old or brand new. The GPIO interface (DB15F) and LPT port allow direct integration with production line automation equipment — no expansion cards needed.

Enough memory for demanding label jobs

512 MB DRAM and 512 MB Flash mean complex label templates, custom fonts, and graphic elements all live on the device without constant file transfers. Print jobs run smoothly even when the network connection drops momentarily — the line keeps moving.

203 dpi — the right resolution for logistics labels

203 dpi is the industry standard for barcode labels, address labels, and warehouse markings. Barcodes scan reliably at every handoff, and text stays legible even at smaller font sizes — exactly what you need when a misread label stops a shipment.

Warranty and origin
