About
Honeywell PD45 – Midrange Label Printer for Daily Use
The Honeywell PD45 is built for businesses that print labels continuously throughout the day. Thermal transfer technology produces sharp, durable output — barcodes stay scannable and small text stays readable, whether the label ends up on a shelf, a parcel, or a workshop part.
Labels print without making you wait
At up to 250 mm/s, the PD45 keeps pace even on your busiest days. The built-in peeler automatically separates each finished label from the liner, while the rewinder collects the backing paper neatly on a roll — your hands stay clean and the work keeps moving.
The Label Taken Sensor holds the next label until you've removed the previous one. Labels don't pile up at the output, and you don't waste media.
The touchscreen puts control at the printer
A clear touchscreen shows printer status at a glance. You can adjust settings directly on the unit — no need to walk back to a computer or call someone over. That matters when the printer sits in a stockroom or on the other side of the shop floor.
Connectivity that's ready out of the box
The PD45 comes standard with USB-B, USB Host, and Ethernet 10/100 Mbit. Connect it to your network or directly to a single computer — no extra adapters needed.
Emulation support covers ZPLII, ZSim II, IPL, and DPL, so the printer slots into most existing software environments without special configuration. When you replace an older unit, you won't need to rebuild your whole setup around the new one.
