Honeywell PD45 – Label Printing That Keeps Up With Your Day

The Honeywell PD45 is a midrange thermal transfer label printer built for businesses that print labels every day and need the printer to stay running without constant fiddling. It is designed to handle the wear of daily use in stockrooms, retail floors, and workshops.

Labels Ready Before the Queue Builds

With a maximum print speed of 200 mm/s, batches of labels come out fast — shipping, shelf stacking, and job tickets do not have to wait on the printer. The maximum print width is 105 mm and media width goes up to 114 mm, covering the most common label sizes. Roll diameter reaches up to 203 mm, so you are not stopping to reload mid-shift.

Touchscreen Makes Day-to-Day Use Straightforward

The built-in touchscreen shows printer status and lets you adjust settings directly on the unit — no separate computer needed for routine changes. Black mark and gap sensors automatically detect different label materials, so when you switch media types you do not have to manually reconfigure detection settings.

Connects to What You Already Have

The PD45 connects to your network via Ethernet (10/100 Mbit) or directly to a computer over USB-B. The USB Host port lets you attach a barcode scanner or USB flash drive straight to the printer. It supports ZPLII, ZSim II, IPL, and DPL emulations, which means it will almost certainly work with the software you are already running — without driver rewrites.
