Honeywell PC45 – Desktop Label Printer for Daily Use

The Honeywell PC45 is a direct thermal label printer built for steady, everyday use in a shop, stockroom, or small office. Print resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) — enough for crisp barcodes, price tags, and shipping labels that scanners read first time, every time.

Keeps up when things get busy

At a maximum print speed of 203 mm/s, labels come out fast enough that a queue never builds up at the packing bench. Media width goes up to 118 mm with a print width of 108 mm, so even large address labels or price stickers fit on the roll. Roll diameter can be up to 127 mm, meaning you can load a full-size roll straight in without an extra adapter.

RFID encoding built in

The PC45 includes a UHF RFID writer, so you can print and encode RFID tags in a single pass on a single device. If your supplier or distribution chain requires RFID labelling on products or cartons, this is the straightforward way to handle it without a second machine.

On-board display and real-time clock

The integrated display shows printer status at a glance — no need to open a computer just to check whether it's ready. The real-time clock (RTC) adds a print timestamp automatically when your application needs one, which is particularly useful for food or pharmaceutical labelling.

Three connection options, no compromises

Connect via USB (Type B), USB Host, or Ethernet. The Ethernet port lets multiple workstations share the printer over your existing network without a separate print server. The USB Host port lets you connect a barcode scanner directly to the printer — handy when the PC isn't nearby.

Enough memory for a full label library

With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash storage, you can save multiple label templates directly on the printer. That means you don't have to send every job from a computer — staff can trigger the right template from the device itself.
