Datalogic PowerScan PBT9501 — Industrial Bluetooth Scanner

The Datalogic PowerScan PBT9501 is built for environments where a scanner has to keep up all day — warehouses, production lines, and workshops where ordinary handheld readers fall short. It reads standard 2D barcodes as well as Direct Part Marking (DPM) — codes etched or stamped directly onto metal, plastic, or other surfaces — where printed labels simply aren't an option.

Move freely across the floor

The Bluetooth connection reaches up to 90 metres from the cradle. In practice, that means you or your team can walk the full length of a warehouse aisle, move between workstations, or work across a loading bay without a cable getting in the way. The charging cradle doubles as the Bluetooth transmitter, so there is no separate access point to install or manage.

Built to take the daily punishment

IP65-rated protection keeps dust and water splashes out — whether that means a damp goods-in area, a workshop floor, or a production hall with regular cleaning. The scanner is designed for the kind of wear that comes with scanning hundreds or thousands of times a day: vibration, varying temperatures, and the occasional knock. When the battery runs low, swap it out on the spot — the removable battery means work does not have to stop while it charges.
