Why a dedicated charging station makes sense

Plugging in a charging cable every evening sounds simple — until you forget, or the cable isn't where you left it, or someone else needed the USB port. A dedicated charging station removes that variable entirely.

Set it on the counter or a stock-room shelf. Place the printer in the slot at the end of your shift, and it charges on its own while you're doing everything else. No cables to manage, no dead battery discovered at the start of a busy lunch rush.

One slot is the right fit if you run a single printer. If you have two printers in daily use, two stations keep both covered.
