Newland N7 – a handheld that goes wherever the work takes you

The Newland N7 is a rugged portable data-collection terminal built for small businesses where work doesn't stand still. Stocktaking in the warehouse, scanning at a collection point, logging deliveries in the car park — the N7 keeps up without complaint.

Reads barcodes close-up and at a distance

The 2D imager with white illumination picks up barcodes from the counter in front of you and from a shelf or pallet several metres away. The white-light illumination means scanning stays reliable even in a dimly lit stock room or when moving between indoors and outside — no need to reposition or re-scan.

Connected wherever you are — 4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

With 4G LTE mobile data, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth on board, the N7 stays online even when there's no in-house network nearby. GPS supports location-based logging and outdoor fieldwork. NFC reading is handled by the same device, so you're not carrying extra hardware.

Enough power for a full working day

Android 13 with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of flash storage keeps your apps running smoothly through the busiest shifts. A Micro SD slot lets you expand storage if needed. The 5,100 mAh battery lasts a full working day without needing a charge.

4-inch screen and a physical 47-key keypad

The 10.5 cm (4'') touchscreen runs at 480×800 pixels — clear enough for everyday use. The physical 47-key keypad speeds up quantity entry in situations where a touchscreen is awkward, such as when wearing gloves or working with wet hands.

Built for real working conditions

IP65-rated protection means the N7 handles dust and water splashes without issue. It's designed for warehouse floors and loading docks, not just office desks.

Everything included in the box

The kit comes with a USB cable, USB power charger, hand-strap and the 5,100 mAh battery. Google Mobile Services (GMS) certification means the Android apps you already rely on work on it straight away. Warranty is 24 months. Country of origin: China.
