Maximum media width is 114 mm, with a print width of up to 104 mm, covering the majority of standard label rolls you're likely to run. The roll diameter goes up to 203 mm, which means fewer roll changes and fewer interruptions during the working day.

Connectivity That Works Around Your Setup

The MX341P covers all the connection options you're likely to need: USB (Type B), USB Host, RS232, and Ethernet. The Ethernet port lets you share the printer across multiple workstations over your existing network — no additional cabling required. The USB Host port means you can run print jobs directly from a USB stick without connecting a computer, which is useful when labels need to go out independently of your main system. A Micro SD card slot adds extra storage if your label library or font sets grow over time.

The built-in touchscreen puts status and settings within a glance — no menu-diving required to check what the printer is doing or adjust a setting on the fly. The real-time clock (RTC) keeps the printer's time accurate even after a power cut, which matters when your label data includes a timestamp.
