The TSC MH641T is a thermal transfer label printer built to handle heavy daily workloads without complaint. At 600 dpi resolution, barcodes, address labels, and product tags come out sharp every time — including the moments when your counter is at its busiest.

Printing that keeps up with your day

The MH641T prints at up to 152 mm per second across a maximum width of 104 mm. Rolls up to 203 mm in diameter mean you spend less time swapping media and more time serving customers. The touch screen and real-time clock let you check the printer's status and schedule print jobs directly from the device — no need to reach for a laptop.

Connects to whatever you already have

The MH641T connects to your existing setup via USB, RS232, or Ethernet — whichever your till system or workstation uses. USB Host support lets you plug in a barcode scanner directly into the printer itself. The Micro SD card slot means your label templates are stored locally on the device, so printing continues even if your network goes down.

Changes media without fuss

Black Mark Sensor and Gap Sensor detect your label stock automatically. When you swap a roll, the printer adapts to the new media on its own — you do not have to dig into settings every time.

Enough memory for a full label library

256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash storage keep your label templates and fonts saved directly on the printer. Jobs start faster, and you are not dependent on a separate computer staying connected.
